how to apply for use
- applications are accepted from the 2nd day of the sixth month in advance of the desired date.
- a meeting with facility personnel on how the facilities are to be used is held one month in advance of the desired date.
- to cancel or change the conditions for use of the facilities, a cancellation or revision procedure must be followed.
- inquiries on the status of an application
- if multiple applications are received for the same facility for the same periods, the user will be selected in a drawing.
- applications will not be accepted by telephone, fax or email.
