Have you ever wished for guidance from an experienced person to help address your organizations technology needs? This wish is not unusual, and the help is beneficial to any organization. This is the premise of TEAM (Technology Assessment and Mentoring), an innovative program of Compumentor. TEAM assists small and medium-sized non-profit organizations with their technology planning.

During a TEAM project, TEAM staff conduct a thorough 2-3 hour site visit gathering information and identifying your computer technology needs and priorities. TEAM staff assess the computer hardware, software, training, personnel and maintenance needs of the nonprofit organization. Great care is taken to be particularly sensitive of the agency's budget and capacity.

The assessment process results in a comprehensive technology plan outlining the technology priorities and provides information on costs, resources and other important information. Many organizations have successfully used the TEAM assessment as the basis for a technology fundraising effort.

The cost to nonprofit organizations for this service is $1400. Subsidies of up to $1000 are now available, so interested nonprofits should inquire about their eligibility.
